Departing from Southampton on 3rd January 2017, aboard smaller, more intimate Black Watch, this circumnavigation of the globe promises a shopping list of unforgettable memories and experiences!

can visit the spectacular lost city of Machu Picchu; laze on the beaches of the Caribbean and the Maldives; climb the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge; enjoy afternoon tea at Raffles in Singapore; and absorb the spellbinding beauty of New Zealand. The list of experiences is endless!

Black Watch will make her first stop in Funchal, on the ‘Garden Island’ of Madeira, before heading to the Caribbean. Here, guests can soak up the winter sunshine in Bridgetown(Barbados), Kralendijk (Bonaire) and Oranjestad (Aruba), before cruising through the spectacular Panama Canal, one of the ‘must-see’ highlights of this trip.
The cruise then calls at Manta (Ecuador), Peru’s Callao – for an overnight stay – and General San Martin (Peru), before cruising Isla Salas y Gómez.
Hanga Roa follows, on the lesser-known Easter Island (Chile), before Black Watch continues to Papeete(Tahiti), French Polynesia's largest island, where guests can explore lagoons, black and white sand beaches and volcanoes. After a further call in sun-soaked Bora Bora (Society Islands, French Polynesia), Black Watch arrives in Rarotonga (Cook Islands). Guests will then ‘Cross the International Date Line’ and lose a day, before sailing to Auckland(New Zealand), for an overnight stay. Two additional New Zealand calls follow – Tauranga and Wellington, from where Black Watch cruises the Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound and Dusky Sound.
The ship then arrives in Australia, for visits to Edenand Sydney,for an overnight stay – guests can visit the famous Opera House, or take a stroll along the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. Soak up even more fantastic sunshine in Brisbane – known as ‘Surfer’s Paradise’ – before cruising the Great Barrier Reef – an unrivalled experience not to be missed!
Black Watch then takes in Australia’s Hamilton Island, Townsville, Cairns and Darwin, continuing onto unique Komodo Island, in Indonesia – home to the legendary and fearsome Komodo Dragons!The cruise then takes in the spiritual land of Benoa,in Bali, before Black Watch spending two nights in sensational Singapore – where guests can visit the world-famous Zoo or enjoy a refreshing ‘Singapore Sling’ at Raffles Hotel, the ‘Grand Old Dame’ of this former colonial city, dating from 1887.
Malaysia’s multi-cultural hub, Kuala Lumpur, comes next (via Port Klang), from where Black Watch continues to Phuket (Thailand), and Sri Lanka’s colourful Hambantota and Colombo. Two calls in the Maldives follow – Uligamu and Utheemu – before the cruise arrives in Salalah (Oman), and then sails onto Egypt’s Safaga, Sharm el-Sheikh, and through the Suez Canal, to historic Alexandria.
Malta’s cosmopolitan capital, Valletta, is the next port of call, before Black Watch arrives in Malaga, Spain. This epic journey ends in Southampton on 21st April 2017.
The price is based upon two adults sharing a twin-bedded Inside cabin, and includes accommodation, all meals and entertainment on board, and port taxes.
