Fred. Olsen Announces Winner in Photography Competition

The level of entries was impressively high, but the judges have now selected a winner – Mr. Brian Friend of Hythe in Kent, whose winning picture showed cruise ship Boudicca in the lovely Norwegian port of Alesund. Entrants could send in up to ten images, up to 7MB in size and images had to be of destinations either visited by Fred. Olsen on its cruises, or include one of its ships in the picture. The winner receives an Olympus camera and photographic equipment to the value of £600.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines congratulates Mr Friend and thanks everyone who entered. Four runners up will receive prizes of luxury food hampers. They are:

  • Mr Thomas Moore of Newquay
  • Mr Robert Darlaston of Goostrey, Cheshire
  • Mrs Jennifer Blackford of Caersws, Powys
  • Mr Terry Reynolds of Corsham, Wiltshire
