Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines shortlisted in two prestigious award schemes
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is in the running for several prizes at two highly coveted award schemes.
Fred. Olsen is vying for three awards – Customers at the Heart of Everything, Best Customer-Centric Culture and Best Customer Service – at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023.
Alongside this, the Wave Awards 2023 shortlist has been announced with Fred. Olsen making the cut for five prizes.
Hosted by Real Response Media’s ‘World of Cruising’ magazine, Fred. Olsen is up for Best Ocean Cruise Line, Best Specialist Cruise Line, Best for Solo Travellers, Best for Excursions and Best for Cuisine.
Fred. Olsen has also been shortlisted by the public in the first round of the consumer voting for the Wave Awards for the Favourite Ocean Cruise Line accolade.

The winners of the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023 will be announced at a glitzy ceremony at Wembley Stadium on 11thOctober. While the Wave Awards winners will be revealed on 13thNovember at The Dorchester Hotel in London.
