Great Value Summer 2009 Cruises From Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has released a pamphlet detailing some summer 2009 cruises that still have availability at very competitive prices.

For last minute bookers, there are amazing bargains, with cruises from just £549 per person. Destinations include Norway, the Baltic, the Mediterranean, and round Britain and there are cruises aboard all five Fred. Olsen ships.

Join Braemar on her Norwegian fjords cruise BM0918 for seven nights from Dover, departing 29th August. This cruise visits Amsterdam en route to Norway, then some classic ports in the heart of the lovely fjords and prices start from £549 per person based on two sharing an inside twin cabin

Cruising to the Mediterranean offers exceptional value for money with Fred. Olsen, especially as everything is priced in sterling. Black Watch has a 13-night cruise to the Western Mediterranean (BW0910) departing Southampton on 21st July for 13 nights. Visit some wonderful ports bathed in summer sun, including Lisbon, Tangier, Barcelona and Gibraltar, with prices from £799 per person.

If you prefer a northerly itinerary, try Balmoral’s Baltic cruise BL0910 departing on 5th July from Dover for 12 nights. This cruise visits some of the great European capitals – Copenhagen, Stockholm, Tallinn, Helsinki - and includes an overnight stay in the stunning Russian city of St Petersburg. The ship returns to Dover via the Kiel Canal. Prices for this cruise start from £749 per person.

For families sharing a cabin, selected cruises also offer a third and fourth upper berth for just £99 per person. Cruise prices include all meals and entertainment on board and port taxes.
