Learn all about the ‘Fred. Olsen Difference’ on a free onboard training day in Autumn 2016

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is encouraging travel agents to book onto one of its free onboard training days in September and October 2016, to enable them to experience the product first-hand and help to give them a real understanding of the ‘Fred. Olsen Difference’.

Agents will get to learn more about why Fred. Olsen is such a firm favourite – boasting a repeat guest rate of over 60% – and will discover how Fred. Olsen gets ‘closer to the destination’, with its smaller, more intimate ships.

Agents will also receive expert, one-to-one product training and sales tips from senior members of the Fred. Olsen Sales Team, as well as presentations and tours…and even the chance to win a free mini-cruise!

Fred. Olsen’s onboard agent training days in Autumn 2016 are as follows:

The format for the days is as follows:

09.30hrs Arrive at Cruise Terminal and Check-in (passports / photo ID mandatory)

10.00hrs Embark ship

10.10hrs Welcome drink, introduction and presentation

10.45hrs Comprehensive ship tour, with one of Fred. Olsen’s expert Sales Team

12.30hrs Sandwiches and refreshments / quiz with prizes!

13.30hrs Disembark ship
