Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is finalist in two prestigious award schemes
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is vying for seven prizes at two coveted award schemes.
Fred. Olsen is in the running for two awards – Customers at the Heart of Everything and Best Customer Service – at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2024.
Alongside this, the Wave Awards 2024 shortlist has been announced with Fred. Olsen being named as a finalist in five categories.
Hosted by Real Response Media’s ‘World of Cruising’ magazine, Fred. Olsen is up for Best Ocean Cruise Line, Best Specialist Cruise Line, Best Trade Sales Team, Best for Excursions and Best for Solo Travellers.

At the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023, Fred. Olsen was awarded Silver in Customers at the Heart of Everything and Bronze in Best Customer Service.
The winners of the UK Customer Experience Awards 2024 will be announced at a ceremony at Wembley Stadium on 17thOctober. And the Wave Awards winners will be revealed on 11thNovember at The Dorchester Hotel in London.
