In 2018/19, Fred. Olsen will be making the most of its fleet of four smaller, more intimate ships by featuring even more river, fjords and scenic cruising. Fred. Olsen’s new brochure ‘Scenic Waterways & River Cruising 2018’ showcases a selection of 18 cruises to exhilarating destinations, along stunning waterways and picturesque rivers, which many larger cruise ships cannot get close to.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines saw its most successful sales day ever on Tuesday 7th March 2017, with booking volumes showing an increase of 15% increase on last year, following the launch of its exciting new 2018/19 cruise programme to its top tier of 'Oceans' loyalty club members, Fred. Olsen's new 2018/19 cruise programme has gone on general sale today [Thursday 9th March 2017].

​ Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is pleased to confirm a further appointment in its new strengthened leadership team, with Julian Brackenbury being promoted to Hotel Operations . Julian’s new role completes Fred. Olsen’s recent reshuffle of its leadership team, with a round of new appointments to better reflect all aspects of the ‘customer journey’.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is reinforcing its reputation as the ‘cruise line of choice’ from Scotland, a country that has historically been very close to the Olsen family, with a total of 12 departures in 2017 - four from Glasgow (Greenock) and eight from Edinburgh (Rosyth) - from the comfort of Fred. Olsen’s smaller, more intimate ships, 'Boudicca' and 'Black Watch'.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has appointed Kate Wooldridge as its new Sales Services & Communications Manager. deputising for Neil Herbert, Head of Sales, and managing the Trade Support and Sales Systems teams. Carla Ball has also been promoted to another new role, Sales Manager – Specialist Sales, and Zoe Allum has also been appointed as Trade Support Executive within the Trade Support team.
